How about the Arts
How about the Arts directors/managers of Cumbria County Council. See if they really know whats going on.
Who could we usefully talk to?
The March issue of Business Gazette for Cumbria has an article on page 19 about the NWDA sponsoring a NW Fellowship as part of the Clore Leadership Programme. Unfortunately, the deadline for entries seems to have been 3 March (!) but there could be potential EITHER for talking to Chris Smith, Director of the Programme, about what the Programme is for and how Cumbria can participate and get involved now and in the future OR talking to the new Fellow about why they got involved and what they want to achieve.
