Biography

Since retiring from the financial services industry, I have become increasingly involved in ceramics. My first venture into the public arena was to enter an exhibition organised by High Head Gallery at Ivegill in 2007. I had one piece selected and have continued to exhibit work in the gallery.
In December 2007, I was persuaded to enter Potfest in the Pens, 2008 in Penrith. I was delighted when my entry in the competition 'Clayopolis - The Journey' was awarded the prize offered by the Craft & Design Magazine.
I now look forward to building on this start which has given me a lot of encouragement, but also represents a serious challenge for the future.
