Penrith evening-meeting venue suggestions PLEASE

Hi Everyone,
I know we're all busy, even if its just avoiding the rain, but we haven't managed to meet for ages. I suspect that it's a little difficult to get together during the afternoon and although Rhum's a great cafe, I'm not sure if they can be open in the evenings. Does anyone know of a small evening venue in Penrith, similar perhaps to the Circle bar or the Source in Carlisle? Even someone's living room would be great, perhaps if they were to be plied with a suitable beverage for the evening...before you suggest, I live too far out of town or I would.
Come on folks, think!
Love n hugs

Yes ok, good idea. This week coming might be too short notice, so how about the next week and that'll give us chance to 'check out' Caf's suggestions and any others. We can have a pre-meeting pub/venue crawl.

Is anything happening then ?
Is anything happening then ? :-) Just thinking the next week mentioned above is now with us... or will be very soon..
Checking out the Penrith venues
Well let's just go for it! How about we meet on Thursday coming at 7pm starting at The Warehouse and we can do a tour of what's available for about half an hour at each and then announce the winner on the website. Not planning on getting stotious though cos probably driving.
We need to suss what night's best too. Could do with at least a couple of us going, so who's available?

I'll meet you at The Warehouse at 7pm. No Idea what you look like but I have rapidly greying fair hair usually in a plait.
I think I'll post this so others in Penrith might read it and join us too.

Sorry dont know either of
Sorry dont know either of the carlisle places you mentioned so cant compare. The Warehouse would be fine on a midweek night when its quiet, or perhaps the General Wolf or Board and Elbow. They all sort of have spaces/areas suitable for a group to sit around facing.
Caf
Good idea
Do you want to suggest a date / time?
Janis - will you tell us about your Twister Award trip?!!
