Sorry that I couldn't meet up with you all tonight.. My woodcarving group is taking part in show at the weekend and the final arrangements/plans had to be made/decided! So I had to be there!

Also our last major event is at the Silloth Carnivalis fast approaching (25th August), where we are drawing the raffle of the Teddy Bears Picnic, all the teddies were carved in aid of Eden Valley Childrens Hospice.. A couple of members said they were stuck (Their words not mine)with their teddy carving progress.. So I had to be there to night to see them through... Yeah! I know... I'm a saint..

Next normal Hub meeting is Wednesday 13th August,8pm, The Source, Denton Holme.
I would like to organise a daytime one sooner than that to evaluate the recent(since mid may)events.The hubs involvement with the Lanes 'Living Windows' event is drawing to a close, Carlisle Art Festival is a distant memory (except to my bank balance) and FRED is fast approaching.
I'd like us to work out our 'Terms of engagement', we have built up very positive relationships with certain businesses and carlisle based organisations,and there is a level of clarity and self awareness that is needed just to maintain and develop the healthy engagement we've built.(and perhaps apply for some money too)
