The Hub's Art festival ideas and conversation

In order to try and solve our current email problem, we are going to try and utilise the forum as somewhere to hold the conversation...To save us sending thirty emails a week round a varying list of people. So Click subscribe to be part of the ongoing conversation.

So the theory goes that the hub has been accepted for the carlisle arts festival.
To-Maintain a visual and performative pressence in the city centre, throughout the period of the arts festival,
which is the last bank holiday weekend in may.23rd,24th,25th,and 26th.

Currently, we have a plinth for chewing gum, a tea party, run on the bank by matt wells, caroline dalton in lowther arcade, rich reinacting Jonothan Carr walking from penrith with flour and making bread in hoopers, a peripatetic penalty shoot out and an exhibition in the bank gallery.

We would like to have more visual and sculptural interventions, moot your ideas here and if settled then PM me.

(happily we have also been aloud extra words for the catologue, as 50 was a little difficult.)

x hannah
