The Foundation Degree in Theatre & performance is a largely practical course that has been designed to provide you with the skills, practical experience and theoretical knowledge with which to seek a range of possible employment opportunities in the area of contemporary theatre and performance. Level 1 will see you assessing your skills and knowledge of contemporary theatre practices, incorporating devising, performing, directing, research and production skills. At level 2 you will be involved in the creation of theatre for a number of different audiences and purposes. You will further develop your skills in contemporary performance practices, with the use of mixed-media and new technologies in performance.

BA Fine Art Painting
The Fine Art Painting Course is designed to meet the needs of those who wish to become painters, establishing a real sense of academic and practical, professional purpose. The Painting Course will provide an exciting opportunity for questioning, creative individuals to excel in a nurturing environment, specifically designed to be conducive to the act of painting. You will develop an awareness of the global potential of your practice and realise your place in national and international contexts. The programme is designed for people with a genuine interest, commitment and passion for painting who are looking to develop their practical and academic skills to secure a future within the creative industry, or to progress to post graduate level study.
Application is made through UCAS. However, mature students may apply directly to the College in the first instance but will eventually be guided through the UCAS system.

Foundation Degree in Photography & Digital Imaging
The programme is designed for people with a genuine interest and passion for photographic image making. It will enable you to develop your photographic knowledge and academic skills in order to secure work within the photographic industry or progress onto the third and final year of a BA Honors Degree programme. The course is appropriate for people looking to develop both analogue and digital photographic skills.
