This is to report back to the HUB after going to a Carlisle Festival Organisation meeting. Please find attached a proposal form. The form was first developed for performing arts so if you feel it doesn't entirely apply to you, just try and do the best you can.

The festival is definitely on the second bank holiday in May. There are a wide range of venues available from the tith barn to the church near the tith barn, the usual suspects as well (source, brikyard, ect). Nick Pemberton will be at the next HUB meeting and can fill us in more then. I was told that a complete list of confirmed venues would be put on the the carlisle arts festival web site. www.carlisleartsfestival.co.uk. An other new venue are the two shop front windows which usto be the front of the UCLAN building on paternosters row (near the cathedral).
